What's the Best Riesling Wine?

Best Reisling Wine

You will find some of the best Riesling wines from Germany, Alsace and the U.S. Riesling wines that come from any of these countries are some of the best in the world however you can find other very good quality Riesling wines in other countries around the world. It is very rare to find Riesling wine that is mixed with other grapes or is made with oak.

Riesling wines are dry and have great crisp acidity. They mostly contain flavors such as pure green apples, peach and citrus to create that refreshing acidity. However you canget some Rieslings thatare sweet in taste. These sweet Riesling have very rich fruit flavors including tropical fruit, spice, honey and smoke. They can sometimes even include a tony hint of petrol for further depth.

While the Riesling grape is best grown in Germany, Alsace and some states in the U.S., it can also be grown in Australia, South Africa and New Zealand so I wouldn’t rule these wines out.
